We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Testing & DevOps Manager to spearhead our quality assurance, test automation, and DevOps initiatives. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader who can seamlessly integrate testing and deployment processes, fostering a culture of continuous delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong collaborative spirit, working closely with various internal development, business, and operations teams, as well as managing System Integrator (SI) vendor contributions. A deep understanding of SAP HANA and Aveva product integration, including their development, support, and maintenance lifecycles, is essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & Quality Assurance Leadership:
  

Define, implement, and evolve the overall testing strategy, methodologies, and processes (manual and automated) across the enterprise application landscape, with a focus on SAP HANA and Aveva integrated solutions.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various testing cycles including functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
