Description
Role Overview: You will lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for a large or more complex project, utilizing strong technical capabilities and outstanding hands-on experience. Your accountability includes the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and understanding business and user requirements to meet design specifications effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Solve complex and escalated aspects of a project by performing coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process. - Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability, and value from current solutions, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, demonstrating technical leadership and implementing continuous improvement plans. - Develop strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams to collaborate on developing leading solutions. - Take on a leadership role for the work group, ensuring appropriate expectations, principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place for project delivery. - Drive consistency in relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical design while supporting the definition, maintenance, and implementation of technology standards. Qualifications Required: - Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions. - Advanced knowledge of one or more of C#/Java or Python. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred. - More than 10 years of applied experience. - Significant relevant experience in either an internal or external software or platform engineering role. - Technical knowledge and experience in delivering software/platform engineering solutions, providing technical advice and handling user requirements. - Experience in CI/CD delivery using code management, configuration management, and automation tools such as GitHub, ADO. - Proficiency in fine-tuning language models for specific tasks and knowledge of embedding models and their application in NLP tasks. - Familiarity with designing and implementing agentic systems that combine AI models with external tools or environments for autonomous decision-making. - Ability to design robust evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents, including metrics development, A/B testing, and performance benchmarking.
