Software Engineering Architect

Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive software architecture and enterprise capabilities including scalability, fault tolerance, extensibility, and maintainability - Design sophisticated software systems for high-end solutions independently - Establish overall architectural principles, frameworks, and standards - Collaborate with other organizations such as security and operations in a consultative manner - Provide leadership to engineers, QE, and product partners - Conduct research, case studies, and prototypes on innovative technologies - Lead software architecture aspects within the assigned systems scope - Analyze and offer feedback on product strategy - Collaborate with other architects, principal architects, and CTOs to develop the architectural vision and roadmap for the organization - Drive long-term design strategies across multiple projects and deliver technical reports and performance presentations - Actively communicate, encourage, and motivate all staff levels - Offer informal mentorship to team members to enhance their understanding of the architecture and aid their technical development Qualification Required: - Proficiency in multiple programming languages and platforms - 15+ years of software development experience - Ability to independently manage large sophisticated projects - Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum) - Skilled in working with other architects, principal architects, and Chief Technology Officers to craft the architectural vision and roadmap - Expertise in developing technical performance architecture to address complex performance issues - Capability to drive long-term design strategies across complex projects and deliver technical reports and performance presentations - Ability to create an environment for transparent discussions and involve the right people to resolve critical issues - Experience in short release cycles and full software lifecycle, with some roles requiring experience with products released for public consumption - A related technical degree is mandatory (Note: The job description does not provide additional details about the company.),
