Job Description

This is a remote position.

Leverage technologies and tools such as Coveo, Cognigy, LLM and generative AI to develop and integrate tools that enhance the support agent and user experience, including streamlined search functionality.

Work on developing products that will add value to the support organization.

You\u2019ll be working in Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer support, to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in customer portal development, search integration, and AI, incorporating them as needed.

What you'll bring to the team

Proven track record (3+ years' experience) of engineering world-class, large-scale commercial applications and web services.

Experience with search integration technologies, such as Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI.

Experience with building heavily trafficked websites at scale in a full-stack environment.

Experience with Typescript/Javascript or another modern programming language, backed by solid computer science fundamentals.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data management/persistence on large distributed systems.

Nice to have: experience with cloud services at scale on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including agile development and CI/CD.

An ability to work collaboratively with globally distributed teams, but also the ability to work with the agility and speed of a startup.

Skill set: Typescript, React, NodeJS, Jest/Cypress, Redis, MongoDB, Terraform, and Kubernetes, all on the Azure Cloud with Coveo, and AI technologies, such as LLM and generative AI. (Mandatory)
