Our recruiting process:

• We review your application and invite you to take a screening test which evaluates English proficiency, problem solving skills, general cognitive ability, and basic coding skills.
• We invite you for a technical interview (round 1).

• We give you a small assignment for which you will be paid (round 3 - final).

Preferred candidate profile

What we’re looking for:

• Self-Driven: We’re a fully remote team with globally distributed work hours. Discipline and being able to execute on a daily basis with minimal guidance is a must. You hold yourself accountable for your result and never blame others.
• Versatile: Able to wear many hats and work on many different types of projects on the engineering side. Specialists won’t do well here. We’re looking for full stack engineers who can tackle ambiguous technical problems.

What you’ll do:

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain our Next.js + TypeScript + React app (app(dot)suretynow(dot)com). Our static landing page (suretynow(dot)com) runs on webflow.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain a Node.js TypeScript backend. Implement RESTful APIs, and ensure security and data protection. Integrate with CRM and marketing APIs to build automation.
• Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Node.js scripts using Puppeteer for web scraping, and monitor scraping bots.
