Responsibilities:

Application of engineering principles to solve complex problems through sound and creative engineering. Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and project-related information. Swift learning and integration of new engineering methods into work processes. Seek feedback and apply internal or industry best practices to improve technical solutions. Demonstrate skill in time management and completion of software projects in a cooperative team environment.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor s in Computer Science or related IT technical discipline .
  • Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language (e.g.,Java, Python, C++, JavaScript) and a willingness to learn new languages as needed.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively .
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Familiarity with development tools (IDEs, debugging tools) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern JavaScript libraries Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git Knowledge of .NET Core and MSSQL is a nice-to-have Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills

Recruitment Process:

Take-Home Assignment

- A front-end task (React/Angular) to build a simplified real-world app, completed in 1 week.
4.

Technical Interview

- Discussion with HR and engineering leaders, focusing on your take-home assignment and technical skills.
5.

Final Interview

- A high-level conversation with our CTO about technology, engineering practices, and your perspective.
6.

Additional Clarifications (if needed)

- A short recorded video interview with predefined questions for further evaluation.
