Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development of large-scale, enterprise-level applications using C# and .NET technologies.
Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project scopes.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and promote best practices across the engineering organization.
Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
