Software Engineer Senior- IAM Architect

IAM Architect

with deep expertise in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural experience in

Java/Spring Bootbased microservices

, along with proven expertise in security standards such as

SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0

.Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms like

Microsoft Entra, Auth0, and Okta

is essential. You will serve as the IAM subject matter expert, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management across cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong architecture and design experience in

IAM microservices

built on Java/Spring Boot.Deep expertise in

identity standards and protocols

: SAML, OIDC, SCIM (1.1 & 2.0), OAuth 2.0.Proven ability to design

high-performance, scalable APIs

for IAM services.Expertise in configuring and managing

SSO, SLO

, and federation across enterprise systems.Strong understanding of

security standards and RFCs

governing IAM and authorization practices.Hands-on integration experience with

Microsoft Entra, Auth0, Okta

, and other enterprise IAM solutions.Experience implementing

RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and multi-tenant access models

.Knowledge of

cloud IAM patterns

within

AWS and Azure

.Exposure to

EKS, Docker

for IAM service containerization and orchestration.Good to have knowledge of

Python, Golang

for automation and scripting.

Qualification:

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in

IAM architecture and design

.Proven track record of

leading IAM solution delivery

in large-scale enterprise environments.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to evaluate new IAM technologies and align them with enterprise strategy.
