Software Engineer, Reporting and Analytics

You will be responsible for building, implementing, and supporting SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI solutions. Your role will involve the logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment of BI projects. You must be able to comprehend complex business problems and develop product features that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to maintain. Taking full ownership of product features, providing bug fixes, and writing tests and tooling to ensure they function effectively at cloud scale will be essential. Your work will impact users of Top 100 Global enterprises, requiring out-of-the-box thinking for optimizing work and delivering best-in-class solutions. As a self-motivated individual, you should possess the ability to grasp requirements with minimal guidance and develop product features. Understanding the implications of feature changes on the overall product and taking pride in your work will be crucial. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience in SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI. Proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, Azure, and SQL Server database is mandatory. Hands-on experience with SSRS, strong SQL language skills, and exposure to relational databases are required. You should have expertise in performance tuning of reporting queries, writing Tablix/matrix SSRS reports, Power BI development and deployment, and SSIS development and architecture design for complex systems. Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence projects, particularly in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards, SSIS Packages, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
