Job Summary:

React.Js, Node.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:

  Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Java (Optional).

• Front-End Development:

  Build interactive and user-friendly UI components using React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Back-End Development:

  Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using Node.js and Java (Optional) for web and mobile applications.

• Database Management:

  Work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity.

• Domain Expertise:

  Leverage your experience in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) and lending domains to build domain-specific software solutions.

• Code Quality:

  Follow best practices in coding, conduct peer reviews, and ensure maintainability and performance optimization.

• Testing & Debugging:

  Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to enhance application stability.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with designers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Agile Development:

  Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, following Agile methodologies.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science

  , Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years

  of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in

  Node.js, React.js, and Java (Optional)

  for full-stack development.
• Experience working with

  Banking, Financial Services (BFS), and lending domains

  is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with

  Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
