Software Developer (GUI Development) Required Qualifications: 1) BS or MS in Computer Science or related field 2) At least 5 years of experience in GUI development using C++ and Qt 3) Expertise in GUI architecture and testing 4) Expertise in using Microsoft Visual Studio, GIT, and SVN 5) Strong technical, communications, customer focus, problem-solving skills demonstrated through past project work Desired Qualifications: 1) Knowledge of GUI design and usability for an engineering simulation software application 2) Knowledge of Agile development practices 3) Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects by working with global teams 4) Demonstrated project leadership experience 5) Demonstrated knowledge of modern C++ programming standards 6) Demonstrated knowledge of Qt5 programming Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to develop, demonstrate, deploy, and support new or improved performance simulation tools for product development. Some of the other responsibilities are maintaining simulation software testing environment and conducting software testing, improving software quality, performance, and usability, developing, and implementing software development best practice guidelines. Near-term focus will be to implement Dynasty GUI in C++ using Qt libraries. Candidates only from localities of Bengaluru/Chennai would be give first preference.
