Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the specialized high-performance product engineering team at Pivotrics, you will be involved in building an enterprise-grade high-throughput transaction processing platform for a Global Fintech major in Bangalore. Your work will contribute to an industry-leading Fintech product generating over USD 150 million in revenue and being part of a global engineering ecosystem. The work location for this opportunity is Electronic City, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate needs from various viewpoints, understand the parts, and see the entire system to design and build code that provides significant benefits to users. - Iterate in sprints to deliver, sharpen, and deepen the product, owning code and parts of the product while suggesting improvements to tech and engineering/business stakeholders. - Analyze requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver a functionally complete product. - Design and implement with a strong focus on usability, performance, and operational aspects. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, dependency, and risk management. - Implement development processes with a mindset of continuous improvement and strive to build intellectual property beyond just code. - Deepen technical and domain knowledge to contribute to product intellectual property. Qualifications: - Strong and proven expertise in software development using Core-Java. - Essential exposure to database and Linux. - Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.,
