If you are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and fast-paced execution, PhonePe is the place for you. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Build robust and scalable web-based applications, focusing on platform thinking and reusability. - Develop abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a broader scope. - Drive problem-solving skills for high-level business and technical challenges. - Conduct high-level design, functional modeling, and architectural impact analysis. - Perform performance tuning and enhancements in large-scale distributed systems. - Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and lead medium-sized projects. - Collaborate with Product Managers to translate features into capability views and lead project execution. - Engage with stakeholders to track project impact and iterate for improvements. **Qualification Required:** - 4+ years of experience in coding and problem-solving on a large scale, preferably in FinTech. - B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related discipline. - Proficient coding skills in at least one general programming language, with expertise in writing maintainable, scalable, and unit-tested code. - Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency programming, object-oriented design, design patterns, and test-driven development. - Familiarity with databases like MySQL and NoSQL, and full lifecycle development on a Linux platform. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards task completion. - Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and the ability to drive design and architecture decisions. **Additional Details:** PhonePe offers a comprehensive range of benefits to full-time employees, including insurance coverage, wellness programs, parental support, mobility benefits, retirement benefits, and other perks like higher education assistance and salary advance policy.
