Software Engineer .Net Developer

As a candidate for the position at CDK Global, you will be required to have in-depth knowledge of principles and concepts within your own function, along with a basic understanding of related areas. You will apply broader industry standards and practices to solve a variety of moderately complex problems. Your role will involve using independent judgment to develop creative solutions based on the analysis of multiple factors, anticipating and identifying problems, and being guided by area goals and objectives. You may also provide technical direction to others, train and guide team members in technical skills, and network with senior colleagues in your area of expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Requires in-depth knowledge of principles and concepts within your own function - Applies broader knowledge of industry standards/practices to solve a variety of moderately complex problems - Develops creative and practical solutions based on the analysis of multiple factors - Anticipates and identifies problems and issues - Provides technical direction to others and trains/guides team members in technical skills - Networks with senior colleagues in your area of expertise - Follows all CDK Global policies and procedures - Completes all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements - Meets or exceeds all performance expectations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with at least 3 years of experience, or a master's degree; OR at least 5 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree - Understanding of utilizing Agile software development methodologies - Deep knowledge of at least one programming language with the ability to execute complex programming tasks - Ability to document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution - Knowledge of operating systems - Self-motivated and collaborative problem-solving ability - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize duties - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office CDK Global believes in inclusion and diversity to inspire meaningful connections within their people, customers, and communities.
