It is a six months program on third party contract and over the course of six months, program participants will work within Salesforce's Technology, Sales, or Customer Success team, receive on-the-job training from Salesforce leaders, and be paired with a mentor to help navigate their career.

Work closely with cross-functional teams across geographies and responsible to develop enterprise level quality applications.Participate in product and feature design with product team and business partnersManage data uploads, feeds, and other integrationsCoordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.Assess the impact of new requirements and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processesResponsible for proposing and developing the tools and testing frameworks requirements, to improve engineers productivity in environment setup, testing automation.Responsible to build, enhance, monitor and maintain necessary test automation infrastructure to support this effort.Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.)Be responsive to bugs and prioritised customer investigations.
5+ years of experience in building data integration frameworks.Extensive understanding of Software engineering principles - OO design, design patterns, data modellingUnderstanding how to design algorithms and processes that can be parallelized for efficient distributed computingExtensive understanding of Python programming, Microservices, APIsKnowledge of data serialization formats for efficient data transfer and storage -JSON, XML, Protocol BuffersSQL and NoSQL Databases: Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for storing and retrieving processed data.Experience Unit Testing Frameworks & Tools like TestNG, JUnit, JMeter and Apex Unit testing frameworksKnowledge of Containerization tools such as Docker, KubernetesKnowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or other similar technologiesExperience with CI/CDExpertise working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Skills in handling real-time data streams and designing systems that can process data in near real-time - Kafka, StormKnowledge in data observability techniques, focusing on monitoring, tracking, and ensuring data quality and reliability in software systems
