Software Engineer (Mid level)

As a Software Engineer at Cyncly, you will be joining a global technology powerhouse specializing in Cloud-based software solutions for the Space Designing industry. Your role involves working on Cyncly SaaS products like Spaces Flex, a 3D WEB interior/exterior design software integrated with eCommerce, Order Management, and CRM solutions. If you are seeking a challenging product development opportunity with room for learning and growth, this position is perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** - Develop code that prioritizes performance, cost-effectiveness, and adheres to company-defined security standards. - Design interfaces using established standards and principles. - Build systems with high availability. - Proficient in Unit testing and PSR standards. - Master the Software Development lifecycle and technologies used by the team. - Deliver high-quality work on time. - Write Automation tests to support the Automation SIT team. - Demonstrate troubleshooting and debugging skills for efficient defect fixing. - Document technical tasks. - Provide guidance and mentorship to Interns/Freshers and other programmers. - Identify and recommend areas for further study and participate in Proof of Concept projects. - Recognize implementation risks and their impact, recommending design and methodology improvements. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computers or related IT courses. - 1-3 years of experience in an agile environment with full stack development. **Must Have:** - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and experience with frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or BackboneJS. - Good understanding of back-end technologies like NodeJS, C#, Microservices, and .NET Core. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases like CosmosDB or MongoDB. - Experience with unit testing frameworks like JEST. - Knowledge of troubleshooting performance bottlenecks. - Expertise in cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. - Participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards. - Experience in responsive and adaptive UI development for web apps on tablets and phones. **Good to Have:** - Knowledge of the NX mono repo framework. - Experience with state management libraries like React Zustand or similar. - Understanding of Azure services and infrastructure. - Strong grasp of SOLID design principles and design patterns. - Ability to optimize web pages for speed and scalability. - Growth mindset and team player mentality. - Exposure to a fast-paced technology environment focused on delivering a world-class product within an agile methodology.
