What You'll Do
Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, performance tuning, and platform governance.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered Salesforce features such as:
- Einstein GPT for automated content generation and CRM insights.
- Einstein Bots for customer service automation.
- AI-driven forecasting and lead scoring .
- AI-assisted development tools for code suggestions and test generation.
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud platforms and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
Delivery & Operations
- Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile and DevOps practices.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and production support.
- Ensure alignment with global delivery standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
- Implement and monitor security gates and CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments.
People Management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of developers, admins, and analysts.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support certification goals.
Global Collaboration
- Work closely with global stakeholders to align roadmaps, share best practices, and resolve cross-regional dependencies.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce and cloud technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with AI tools in Salesforce and integrating AI into development workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect
- Salesforce AI Associate (preferred)
