Job Description

As a Product Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing the product vision, strategy, roadmap, planning, design, development, testing, training, documentation, sign-offs, and project management. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Product Vision Strategy and Roadmap**: - Conduct market and competitors" analysis to identify product features. - Provide inputs in product envisioning discussions from a development perspective. - Create and update the product roadmap based on usability, consistency, security, etc. - **Product Planning**: - Provide realistic estimates for the Product Development team. - Prepare product release plans based on estimations and dependencies. - Identify resource requirements and cross-functional dependencies for milestones. - **Products Requirements**: - Participate in requirements analysis meetings and provide inputs. - Identify POC requirements and seek sign-off from the Product Management Group. - Collaborate with the team to create POC, analyze findings, and share with stakeholders. - **Product Design and Development**: - Review and approve product design documents. - Prioritize and supervise development, QA activities, and troubleshooting. - Track metrics to ensure quality product releases. - **Build and Release Management**: - Facilitate communication between Build Management and Engineering teams. - Guide teams in execution of build and release plans and resolution of issues. - **Product Testing**: - Provide technical guidance on functional and non-functional testing. - Review test plans, coordinate testing phases, and facilitate defect resolutions. - **Product Training and Documentation**: - Maintain documentation for compliance and audits. - Review technical content and create release notes. - **Product Sign Offs**: - Seek sign-offs from Product Sponsor on key deliverables and product phases. - **Project Management**: - Identify project management methodologies based on project needs. - Lead the team in planning, development, and tracking of project plans. **Must Have Skills**: - Web API - Angular JS **Good To Have Skills**: - Azure Platform This role also includes responsibilities such as people management, cross-functional team collaboration, and ensuring timely product releases.,
