Software Engineer - Java/Spring Boot

As a Software Engineer at Plevenn Technologies, you will play a crucial role in building next-generation SaaS products and platforms. Working closely with product managers and senior engineers, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, cloud-ready software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot, WebFlux). - Translating business requirements into technical solutions. - Collaborating with product and design teams to analyze and refine requirements. - Implementing clean, maintainable, and testable code following Agile and TDD principles. - Developing data access and persistence components using MongoDB and other databases. - Working with reactive Java applications, multi-threading, and modern design patterns for performance and scalability. - Participating in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD automation, and performance tuning. - Ensuring applications meet standards for security, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborating within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in computer science or related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience. - Over 2 years of experience with software development in relevant full-stack technologies. - Good verbal and written communication skills. Your skills should include: - Languages/Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, REST/GraphQL APIs. - Core Concepts: Multi-threading, I/O, design patterns, and domain-driven design. - Databases: NoSQL (must have), SQL databases (nice to have). - Server & Deployment: Experience with Netty, Nginx, or Apache HTTP Server. - Cloud: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments. - Practices: Agile methodology, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, automation. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
