About the Role

We are seeking a Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience in developing backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. The candidate should be capable of contributing to all stages of development, from concept to deployment, and be eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework. 
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
• Build REST APIs and ensure their performance and reliability. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation. 
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. 
• Perform unit and integration testing of developed components. 
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and troubleshooting. 
• Assist in identifying and resolving bugs and production issues. 
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-up meetings. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development. 
• Good understanding of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API concepts. 
• Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. 
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git. 
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. 

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Adtech Ecosystem 
• Exposure to container technologies like Docker. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. 
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. 
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle. 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
