Software Engineer | Java

You will be responsible for writing well designed, testable, and efficient software modules. Ensuring that designs are compliant with specifications and covering all necessary aspects of the implementation will be part of your role. You will also prepare and release software components and provide support for production systems. Additionally, you will create/review design documentation, offer feedback on test plans, and contribute to continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies for architectural review. Furthermore, supporting and mentoring junior developers will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or equivalent with at least 5 years of full-time professional Java Development experience. Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java SE/EE platforms is required. Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, as well as experience with Java frameworks like Spring Framework and JPA/Hibernate, is essential. Familiarity with asynchronous messaging technologies such as JMS, strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, and experience with build tools like Ant, Maven, or Gradle are necessary. You should possess a good understanding of Git and its workflows, the ability to prototype and iterate quickly, and debug and productize efficiently. Familiarity with continuous integration principles, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment while prioritizing critical activities are important. As a reliable and dedicated professional with clear thinking and strong attention to detail, you should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills to excel in this role.,
