Software Engineer (iOS)

The iOS Sr Software Engineer position at E2logy is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with 4-5 years of iOS development experience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications to meet the business needs of the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that align with the company's goals. Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C. - Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to implement new features and enhancements. - Engage in the entire mobile app development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience of iOS applications. - Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. - Uphold code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes and standards. - Embody the company's core values: Deliver what was asked, Deliver on time, Deliver in budget, Deliver with quality, Deliver great experience. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 4-5 years of experience as an iOS Developer or similar role. - Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages. - Familiarity with iOS development frameworks and tools like Xcode. - Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is advantageous. - Experience with version control systems, especially Git. - Understanding of mobile app security, performance optimization, and best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Work Environment: - Collaborative office setting with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements. - Occasional on-call or after-hours work may be required to address urgent issues.
