We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and data modeling to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, design effective dashboards, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Tableau software (desktop and server/online).

Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimization.

Experience in data modeling, schema design, and ETL concepts.

Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in simple business terms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar).

Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools for advanced analysis.

Familiarity with business intelligence practices and data governance frameworks.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst) is a plus.
