Job Description

requirement of a candidate with 4+ years of experience for our tool management activity.

Ruby on Rails requirement from NEC.

Following are the mandatory skill requirement:

Mandatory :

Minimum 4+ years of development experience in C/Python/Ruby/Ruby on Rails.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Redmine

Good to Have:

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customizations

General Responsibilities:

Understand requirements from specification documents or directly from the customer

Plan and implement solutions based on customer requirements

Interact directly with the customer to clarify and confirm specifications

Create relevant technical documentation as needed

Provide accurate status updates to the Team Lead and Project Manager

Strictly adhere to committed timelines and schedules
