Software Engineer in Test

Job Description: As a Software Engineer in Test with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for software test automation using Java. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing frameworks from scratch or modifying existing frameworks with strong hands-on experience in OOPS concepts, design patterns, and programming logic - Utilizing Selenium web-driver, BDD, and JS for coding and automation tasks - Working with Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG for test automation processes - Demonstrating expertise in API automation and debugging skills to provide solutions for practical problems - Taking ownership of delivery independently and driving towards successful outcomes - Possessing good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of experience in software test automation using Java - Strong hands-on experience in developing frameworks and solving complex problems - Proficiency in Selenium web-driver, BDD, JS, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG - Excellent exposure to API automation and manual testing on web applications - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently About Company: Our client, a prominent Indian multinational corporation, specializes in information technology, consulting, and business process services.
