Software Engineer III - Quality

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking, you will be an integral part of an agile team dedicated to designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think innovatively - Creating secure and high-quality production code while maintaining algorithms that run synchronously - Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensuring design constraints are met - Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and developing visualizations and reporting from large data sets - Proactively identifying hidden problems, patterns in data, and driving improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture - Contributing to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies - Fostering a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect To be successful in this role, you should have: - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with at least 3 years of applied experience - Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficiency in coding in one or more languages - Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment - Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle - Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security - Experience in Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, and Testing UI for complex high volume mobile applications - Knowledge of Mobile cloud tools like SEETEST, Perfecto - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline Preferred qualifications include experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and working in Core Java.,
