Software Engineer III - Java Cloud

As an application developer in the investment technology team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic solutions to support investment businesses. Your role will involve working in an Agile project environment, collaborating with the Product Owner and SCRUM Team from developing the product vision to delivering product increments. You will also play a key role in ensuring code quality, security, and application quality KPIs throughout the delivery lifecycle. Additionally, you will facilitate development and architecture discussions, focusing on engineering excellence and compliance with corporate, regulatory, IT risk, and architecture policies. Your ability to drive results through effective communication and interaction will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver distributed, event-driven services to support investment businesses - Work in an Agile project environment, collaborating with the Product Owner and SCRUM Team - Ensure code quality, security, and application quality KPIs are met throughout the delivery lifecycle - Facilitate development and architecture discussions - Focus on engineering excellence and compliance with corporate, regulatory, IT risk, and architecture policies **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of extensive knowledge of Java development, including Spring, Spring Boot - Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Experience in building a new system or module from scratch - Knowledge of web service technologies such as REST and JSON - Familiarity with application security areas: authorization, authentication, encryption - Experience in multi-threaded application development - Proficiency in tools like Sonar, SSAP, JIRA, GIT, Maven - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, analysts, etc. - Knowledge in Microservices architecture and PL/SQL - Experience in Unit Testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito **Preferred Qualifications:** - React experience - Development of High Availability system architectures - Cloud/AWS or similar distributed processing experience - Ability to implement change and development process improvements, including required culture changes,
