Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and related front-end technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure code quality and performance through testing, debugging, and code reviews. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability by utilizing server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). - Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js and Next.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development frameworks. - Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git. - Solid grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions such as Styled Components, Emotion, or Tailwind CSS. - Knowledge of Node.js and backend development with Node.js or Nest.js. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Netlify. - Understanding of Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, and Core Web Vitals optimizations. - Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications.
