Software Engineer (Fullstack)

As a Software Engineer (Full Stack) at Foundation AI in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality software solutions. You will be an integral part of our product teams, collaborating across the full stack to deliver impactful features. This position requires a strong foundation in coding, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning attitude. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include writing clean, scalable code using the company's technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features, participating in code reviews, writing unit and integration tests, and following best practices. You will also engage in agile ceremonies, contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes, debug and troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for technical decisions. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in at least one core backend and frontend language, adhere to clean code principles, participate in technical decision-making, and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. You will be expected to analyze requirements, contribute to the SDLC, build end-to-end features, write and maintain unit tests, provide time estimates for tasks, and solve complex problems effectively. Candidates for this position should hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or have equivalent experience relevant to full-stack development.
