Overview Core Technical (Hands-on) Skill-set Should have 3+ Yrs of strong UI/UX experience Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Experience in translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Is able to translate the vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences. Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components Collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. Communication Skills : Effective communication of the benefits of the Design to the Business and Peers. Ability to provide guidance to the team members in terms of Technical Challenges Ownership Ensure to support Team on commitment with every Sprint /Release. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Raise concerns during refinement and estimation if there are conflicts. Active participation during refinement Understand the requirement, Controls that would be required on screen, scope of story and areas of impact while providing estimate. Agile Methodologies Ensure that you follow the Sprint and Release cadence. Ensure we meet our Deliverable for the Sprint and Release in a timely manner. Ensure to work together as one team to Deliver our commitment. Ensure that you are working with on/offshore partners to effectively deliver the products. Ensure active participation in the Design discussions, team meetings and other agile ceremonies.
