We are looking for a Software Engineer - Atlassian Jira & Confluence Ops Engineer

You'll make a difference by:

• Primary Responsibilities:

• - Administer and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields per requirements.
• - Manage and support Agile Hive plugin to align with SAFe-based structurein Jira.
• - Coordinate open forum sessions with agile coaches and act on resulting Jira improvements.
• - Setup and manage Confluence spaces for product teams documentation and knowledge sharing.
• - Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Jira/Confluence) based on KPIs and PSP elements.
• - Manage and support Jira X-ray plugin to enable test traceability in Jira.
• - Help standardize user management and permission models across Jira and Confluence.
• - Provide L2/L3 user support for Atlassian tool issues and training for stakeholders.

• Skills Needed:

• - Jira and Confluence Data Center admin (with Agile Hive/X-ray experience preferred)
• - Good knowledge of SAFe structures (ARTs, Epics, Features, Stories)
• - Strong reporting and JQL/dashboard building capabilities
• - Scripting knowledge (Automation for Jira, REST APIs, Python)
• - Ability to interface with business and gather tool requirements

Desired Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience is required.
• Great Communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
