Job Description

As an App Specialist, your primary role will involve building apps for customers without the need for coding skills. Your technical proficiency plays a crucial role in efficiently setting up apps. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, overseeing setup processes, and troubleshooting when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and validate requirements from customers - Communicate directly with customers to collect all necessary assets for app launches - Prepare and submit apps to app stores, ensuring compliance with protocols - Troubleshoot app issues, especially in cases of rejection - Make necessary configurations and effectively communicate troubleshooting status and resolution with customers Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support - Clear proficiency in English - Familiarity with the App Set-Up process and providing support to customers - Previous experience in SaaS or other software-related fields (advantageous) - A pleasant personality and comfort in interacting with customers - Quick learning ability to grasp the platform and the video OTT industry promptly If you are interested in joining our team, please send your resume to hr@ventunotech.com.
