UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a mid-senior level UI/UX Designer (SaaS) to become a valuable member of Ventuno's expanding engineering team. In order to excel in this position, we expect you to be a proactive problem solver. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing a unified UI library, crafting storyboards, user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. You will need to create responsive designs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and shape user experiences, information architectures, and interaction concepts for both web and mobile applications. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the founding team, contributing to key product decisions and producing functional designs and prototypes for user testing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong product design portfolio showcasing extensive experience in UX, UI, interaction, and visual design. You should be adept at designing autonomously in a responsive environment, be familiar with agile methodologies, and possess a knack for generating innovative solutions to complex product challenges. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or Marvel is required, as well as comfort with ambiguity in initial production stages and a keen eye for detail and organization. A deep passion for creating efficient and intuitive user experiences, a preference for minimalist UI designs, and an openness to receiving and learning from feedback are essential traits we are looking for.
