As a member of the Azure Customer Experience (CXP) Team at Microsoft, you will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team dedicated to driving Azure growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work in a start-up like environment, leveraging cloud computing technology to advance Microsoft's cloud first strategy. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather user requirements, design documents, and lead development efforts for various products, applications, services, or platforms. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding engineers to produce high-quality and maintainable code across products. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving project plans, release plans, and work items, while ensuring system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Determine user requirements for a set of scenarios in collaboration with stakeholders - Identify dependencies and develop design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms - Mentor and guide engineers to produce extensible and maintainable code - Drive project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with cross-functional teams - Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) accountable for system/product/service reliability - Stay updated on new trends and technical solutions to enhance product availability, reliability, and performance - Share knowledge and best practices with other engineers - Embody Microsoft's organizational culture and corporate values in all aspects of engineering and collaboration Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience - Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - Hands-on experience in coding and designing distributed software systems - Experience in developing highly scalable distributed platform solutions Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience - Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Please note that benefits and perks may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.,
