As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a team of software developers and data engineers in developing software solutions for core engineering teams in the semiconductor domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals. - Lead transformative initiatives in partnership with senior leadership and matrix teams. - Lead and manage a team of software developers and data engineers, providing mentorship and guidance. - Provide technical expertise across a portfolio of software development and analytics projects. - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with global teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions and analytics. - Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing. - Manage project timelines and resources for successful project completion. - Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of hands-on experience in software development, leadership, and managing teams. - Experience in defining and executing software roadmaps in alignment with senior leadership. - Strong understanding of the semiconductor domain and chipset development lifecycle. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python or similar. - Experience with Elastic, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, etc. - Expertise in software lifecycle management, version control, and CI/CD best practices. - Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization. - Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
