Business Data Technologies (BDT) seeks a Software Development Manager to lead initiatives in data privacy and comprehension while advancing the organization's mission of accelerating data-driven innovation and business insights.
The role involves managing a team focused on building innovative systems capable of Classification, protecting, and enriching SDO data at scale for AI and data analytics use cases while raising the bar on global customer trust.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead and develop engineering teams while providing mentorship and leadership on complex technology issues2. Own the full technology lifecycle including development, operations, and systems depreciation3. Drive both technology vision and business vision for the team4. Guide software and database engineers in determining appropriate strategiesRequired Qualifications:1. 5+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of people management experience
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
