You will lead a team in the end-to-end development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior professionals - Ensure project timelines are met - Conduct regular team meetings for progress updates Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in front-end and back-end development - Knowledge of database management systems - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
