You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead team meetings and provide guidance on project tasks- Review and approve technical designs and code changes- Mentor junior team members and provide technical expertise Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UiPath - Good to have skills:PowerAutomateStrong understanding of process mining techniques- Experience in developing and configuring software systems- Knowledge of technologies and methodologies in software development- Hands-on experience in leading software development projects Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in UiPath - This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
