You will lead the software development process from end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead and mentor junior professionals Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting Experience with software development lifecycle processes Knowledge of software configuration and customization Hands-on experience in developing and configuring software systems Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
