Project Role : Software Development Lead Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE or BTech or Equivalent Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading and guiding the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities:1. Develop test strategy.2. Understand requirements and write test cases, build test plan and execute it. Coordinate work with junior testers.3. Oversee progress of QA activities for all the streams (Integrations, Data migration, upgrade). Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues.4. Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress.5. Plan, Document and Test end to end system integration scenarios and regression scenarios. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills:-3D Experience platform 1- 3DEXPERIENCE process areas like BOM Management, Variant Management, Classify & Reuse2- Have deep functional understanding of OOTB modules3- Managing Test cases and validation cycles on Azure DevOps Additional Information:1. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively .2. Team player and work closely with other peers.3. Have prior experience of leading a team.4. Experience leading QA activities for upgrade project and end to end integrations.5. The candidate should have a minimum 6+ years of experience in 3DExperience 3DExperience/Enovia.6.
