Must have skills : Automotive Mobility Services & Connected Vehicles Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients throughout the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: This role involves a high level of responsibility and requires a strong understanding of systems engineering and automotive technology.-The PFS is collaborating with various teams, including engineering, project management and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.-The PFS designs a portion of the system, ensuring it aligns with the overall system architecture and company standards.-The PFS is responsible for translating complex system requirements into detailed functional specifications, establishing a verification/validation plan and ensuring the overall performance and quality of the product.-The PFS acts as a liaison between stakeholders and the components they are responsible for, creating detailed specifications.-The PFS contributes to system evolution by actively participating in and integrating innovations within their area of expertise.Specific Tasks:-Requirement Engineering:gathering, analyzing and documenting system requirements.-Architecture Design:creating system architectures, considering factors such as performance, cost, and reliability-Validation Planning:developing test plans to verify system functionality and performance-Issue Resolution:investigating and resolving technical issues Collaboration:working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives Professional & Technical Skills: Knowledge of systems engineering-General knowledge of vehicle architecture-Experience in writing specifications-Experience in writing validation plans-Ability to read and understand specificationsPractical example for an EV HMI PFS:-Knowledge about system interactions involved in the EV context (Charge, Climate, V2X..)-Interact with Architect & UX design team to align system requirements & specifications-Store and maintain specifications into traceability tools such as Codebeamer, DOORS"-Bring functional clarity to the cross-functional teams, such as development, test and integration teams-Monitor the functional behavior of the developed software, to align with specifications-Support for the developers, bringing clarify about any critical bugs around the specified functionality Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Automotive Mobility Services & Connected Vehicles. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
