Job Description

What Your Responsibilities Will Be Technical Experience in complex solutions architecture design Experience in delivering microservice oriented software services Experience in delivering business value within the contraints of monolithic software applications Experience in the deployment of monitoring and alerting tools to enterprise level applications Experience in the development and maintenance of enterprise level engineering strategies Experience in analysing and troubleshooting complex issues and critical production problems Other Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Demonstrable high standards of excellence Track record of a high level of technical judgement, ownership, and execution Proven ability to make things happen and meet commitments What Youll Need to be Successful Qualification: Minimum of 12 years of experience in software delivery at an enterprise level Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Senior Technical Lead level Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers to success Experience in providing constructive feedback (technical and non-technical) to ensure the best results for the company are met Experience in the communication of technical challenges and solutions to a wide range of audiences Experience working and liaising with various stakeholders (Product, Programme, Customer Support) Experience working within dispersed non co-located teams Experience in agile methodologies and processes Experience working with JIRA
