Software Development Engineer

As a part of our team, you will design and develop products in collaboration with the business team, gain hands-on coding experience, and take ownership of software components. You will be responsible for building performant, scalable back-end architectures and championing strong engineering best practices. Additionally, you will ensure information security responsibilities are met and adhere to them. This role requires mandatory work from the office in a hybrid model. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2+ years of experience in software product development and delivery - A degree in engineering from a reputed institute - Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, algorithms, and problem-solving skills - Experience in product development or e-commerce background - Backend knowledge and cloud development exposure - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API development - Familiarity with at least 1 RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL databases - Hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Ant, Kafka, and GIT/Bitbucket - Ability to write high-quality code with unit and integration tests - Comfort with open-source tech stacks like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Prometheus, Redis/Memcached, and Celery - Knowledge of test-driven development and AWS tech stack will be a plus If you meet these criteria and are excited about the opportunity to work with Kaleidofin, please reach out to us at careers@kaleidofin.com.
