You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop software solutions that meet the business needs. Write efficient and high-quality code to implement the software solutions. Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the application. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance skills. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by clients or end-users. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Business Design. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies. Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements. Knowledge of software design principles and patterns. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
