Project Role : Software Development Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : PowerFactory Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BE in Electrical Engineering Summary :As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using PowerFactory. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work across one or more clients in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using PowerFactory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to software development best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and apply them to improve the quality and efficiency of software applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PowerFactory. Good To Have Skills:Experience with other power system analysis software. Strong understanding of software development best practices and principles. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PowerFactory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. Qualification BE in Electrical Engineering
