Job Description

Position Overview:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design, build, and maintain integrations and workflows using
Make.com
.
Customize and extend our
Monday.com
instance to support operational needs.
Work with
SQL Server
,
Power BI
, and
Linux-based systems
to move, transform, and visualize data.
Document automation logic and maintain clear records of workflows and dependencies.
Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- ability to understand business processes and work with end-users to maximize effectiveness of automations.
Experience with Make.com (or advanced expertise in similar automation platforms (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.).
Familiarity with Monday.com or willingness to learn quickly.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Exposure to Power BI and Linux environments is a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Traits

Systems thinker with a knack for simplifying complex workflows.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
Curious and proactive about improving processes through automation.
