Role Overview: As a Senior RPA Developer at FedEx's strategic technology division in Hyderabad, India, your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, minimize expenses, and update technology infrastructure. You will lead a team engaged in all aspects of process automation (RPA) using Agile Methodology. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to analyze, design, build, test, and implement automation solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team in all aspects of process automation (RPA) including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement utilizing Agile Methodology. - Collaborate with Business and RPA Leads to execute BPA/RPA initiatives, analyze and design process workflows, build, test, and implement BPA/RPA solutions ensuring system quality. - Act as a consultant to other Infosec departments, conducting business process analysis and evaluation. - Assess automation opportunities technically, perform feasibility studies, own Solution Design Document (SDD) or Technical Design Document (TDD), and collaborate with IT teams to identify the right solutions. - Conduct thorough process analysis to ensure automation opportunities deliver intended business benefits and enhance existing processes creatively. - Stay updated with state and federal laws and regulations related to information security compliance, participate in after-hour escalations when required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline preferred. - Minimum 6-9 years of experience in advanced RPA development using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate following industry best practices. - Proficiency in English comprehension. - Experience with .Net, Python, API, JSON, and other technologies. - Knowledge of Incident management and Tracking Tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Azure DevOps. - Architectural knowledge in MS Azure cloud servers, storage, and firewall. - Practical experience in implementing LEAN, AGILE, and Design Thinking. - Strong troubleshooting skills.
