About the Role:

PCS is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer, Product Manager, Project Manager, and Co-founder to build our e-commerce platform from the ground up. You'll own the entire technical architecture from database design to customer-facing interfaces and rapidly deliver a production-ready e-commerce web application and mobile application. This is a high-impact role for an engineer who understands recruiting workflows, thrives on greenfield development, and wants to see their work directly influence how we build our teams.

We are looking for a co-founder who wants to onboard and work in startup friendly environment with minimal budget. We need candidates from Top Tier universities who are not used to entering the startup environment and provide their expertise.

What You'll Do:

Architect and build the complete e-commerce platform from scratch, including User Roles & Access Control, Buyer Interface, Seller interface, Product Listing & Catalog, and Order& Lifecycle Management

Design scalable database schemas for User Roles & Access Control, Buyer Interface, Seller interface, Product Listing & Catalog, and Order& Lifecycle Management

Build robust APIs and integrations for User Roles & Access Control, Buyer Interface, Seller interface, Product Listing & Catalog, and Order& Lifecycle Management

Create intuitive interfaces for User Roles & Access Control, Buyer Interface, Seller Interface, Product Listing & Catalog, and Order& Lifecycle Management

Make critical technical decisions about system architecture, data models, and integrationsthen ship features quickly to support our growing organization

Requirements:

5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency with E-Commerce and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Typescript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS).

Back-end experience with Node.js / Express or Python / Django.

Familiarity with GraphQL, RESTful API, webhooks, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).

Comfortable with Git and continuous deployment workflows.

Experience integrating third-party APIs (Klaviyo, Recharge, Postscript, payment gateways, etc.).

Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Solid understanding of security, testing, and performance best practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills in agile environments.

Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and embeddings.

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps.

Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for relational data modeling and queries.

Familiarity with Node.js for backend development and API orchestration
