Job Description

Software Design and Development

Design, code, test, and implement software applications.
Choose appropriate programming languages, tools, and platforms.
Develop both front-end and back-end components (if full-stack).

2. Testing and Debugging

Write unit, integration, and system tests.
Debug code and fix bugs or performance issues.
Ensure code quality through reviews and automated tests.

3. Maintenance and Updates

Maintain existing software by fixing bugs or adding new features.
Monitor performance and optimize when necessary.
Ensure software stays up-to-date with new technologies and frameworks.

4. Documentation

Create and maintain technical documentation for the software.
Document code, architecture, APIs, and user guides (where required).

5. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers.

6. Security and Compliance

Follow secure coding practices.
Ensure software meets industry standards, privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

7. Continuous Learning

Stay updated with the latest programming trends, tools, and best practices.
Learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
