Role Overview

Blue Prism

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using
Blue Prism
.
Develop automation and scripting solutions using
Core Python
.
Work on integrations, API calls, and process automation improvements.
Build low-code automation solutions using
Power Automate
(preferred).
Collaborate with the US team to understand requirements, deliver updates, and provide timely support.
Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
Document automation workflows, scripts, and best practices.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in
Blue Prism
Strong experience in
Python scripting
Knowledge of RPA concepts and automation best practices

Good to Have

Experience with
Power Automate
Finance / Banking / FinTech domain exposure (preferred)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills (frequent coordination with US teams)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
